Claims and Incident Reporting
If you need to report an incident that may give rise to a claim, you must do so without delay. If you are in any doubt as to whether an incident should be reported to insurers please download a copy of our Guidelines to Reporting a Claim document, which can be found here.
If you are a club, instructor, coach or individual member and need to report an injury to a third party, or damage to a third parties property, please click here to download a copy of the incident notification form, for completion.
If you have sustained a non-fault injury whilst participating in recognised Wales Touch Association activity, you receive Personal Accident insurance, as part of your affiliation. Please click here to find out more information regarding the cover and if you are eligible to make a claim.
