Claims and Incident Reporting
Below are details for if you are overseas and require emergency assistance.
The Emergency Medical assistance number is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You can also obtain further information regarding non-emergency claims and advice before you travel by clicking here.
If you have sustained a non-fault injury whilst participating in recognised British Biathlon activity, you receive Personal Accident insurance, as part of your affiliation. The appropriate claims form can be found on the tab to the right. Please note that insurers take this on a case-by-case basis and if you pay for treatment yourself you may not be reimbursed.
If you are a club, instructor, coach or individual member and need to report an injury to a third party, or damage to a third parties property, please click here to download a copy of the incident notification form, for completion. If you need to report an incident that may give rise to a claim, you must do so without delay. If you are in any doubt as to whether an incident should be reported to insurers please download a copy of our Guidelines to Reporting a Claim document, which can be found here.
